The SSO process involves a remote connection to the client’s network over a service running on the network indicating either a successful or failed connection to Tenrox. The Web service resides on a Web server over the client’s network and runs over a secure socket requiring a valid Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate from a valid certificate authority. For more information on setting up the SSO add-on, see the Tenrox Single Sign-On Setup Guide.
